Suggestion to the Multiple Listing Service about searching by cost per square foot

Today I suggested to the multiple listing service that I would like to search by square foot.

This will make it so easy to find the least expensive home on the market without doing a bunch of calculations.

Hopefully the computer will take the list price and divide it automatically by the square footage to give us the least expensive home in the valley.

I think this will help all of us bargain shoppers.

I recently sold a home, so I am looking for another investment, but it has got to be a deal.

My definition of a deal is a home in decent shape already with at least 2000 square feet. It needs to be a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. And when I buy it, it must have already, at least, $20,000 equity.

The max I am willing to pay for this deal is no more than $150,000. Mainly because the person I am going to sell it to needs to be able to afford the rent.

If you know of someone who has to sell their home, and you know they are willing to sell it just to get rid of it, let me know.

I look forward to working with you.

What is a bargain home?

BUYERS BUYERS BUYERS BUYERS BUYERS BUYERS

What is a bargain home?

To find the least expensive home built during any time period, take the list price and divide it by the square footage.

If you really wanted a deal, email me what you are looking for, and I can give you the top 5 least excpensive homes in whatever search criteria you give me.

I bought a 5000 square foot home, 100% finished, for only $53 per square foot that was built in 1999.

You also want to watch the age of a property before you decide it is a good deal. The simple fact is: new homes appreciate faster than older homes.
