Today I suggested to the multiple listing service that I would like to search by square foot. This will make it so easy to find the least expensive home on the market without doing a bunch of calculations.
Hopefully the computer will take the list price and divide it automatically by the square footage to give us the least expensive home in the valley.
I think this will help all of us bargain shoppers.
I recently sold a home, so I am looking for another investment, but it has got to be a deal.
My definition of a deal is a home in decent shape already with at least 2000 square feet. It needs to be a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. And when I buy it, it must have already, at least, $20,000 equity.
The max I am willing to pay for this deal is no more than $150,000. Mainly because the person I am going to sell it to needs to be able to afford the rent.
If you know of someone who has to sell their home, and you know they are willing to sell it just to get rid of it, let me know.
I look forward to working with you.
